Welcome to First Nature, your gateway to curated adventures in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. With more than 20 years of experience, we design meaningful outdoor, culinary, and wellness experiences rooted in place and led by expert local guides.
We operate throughout Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and California, and now welcome guests at the First Nature Adventure Lounge in downtown Hood River, located within the new Lightwell Hotel & Spa. The Lounge is a client-facing space where travelers can plan adventures, build custom itineraries, and prepare for experiences in the Columbia River Gorge and Mt. Hood region.

Our public tours are guided, small-group adventures designed as half-day experiences. These seasonal set departures offer an accessible way to explore the Pacific Northwest with expert local guides and all logistics handled for you.
Public tours run weekly out of Portland, Oregon and Hood River, Oregon, and guests are always welcome to visit the First Nature Adventure Lounge in downtown Hood River to sit down with an itinerary builder, ask questions, or plan upcoming experiences in person.

The First Nature Adventure Lounge is our client-facing home base in downtown Hood River, located inside Basecamp Provisions and connected to the Lightwell Hotel & Spa.
